Welcome Home Labs

"Where Friends and Family are Made!"

Week by week peek of our last litter...

Week 8

It is time to say good-bye and hello.

We have had a great opportunity spending time with ten famtastic chocolate lab pups.  We will miss each one so much.  It has been a privilege to get to know the families that will be Welcoming these pups HOME!  Enjoy your bundle of love and stay in touch as your bundle increases.

Thank you for visiting Welcome Home Labs!

Week 7

Is he looking back or looking ahead?  You decide.

Wow!  We can hardly believe that the pups are nearly heading home.  It is awesome to view life through a pups eye.  The adventure, the vastness, the content and peaceable ways, the playful spirit and the bright, curious and accepting eyes are just a few glimpses of pleasure the pup perspective offered .  We will miss this bunch immensely, but we know that they have found fantastic, loving homes and we will see updates again.  We thank our families in advance for Welcoming Home their Labs!  You will all be blessed!

Be aware...we still have two beautiful girls that are patiently awaiting their perfect matches...Daisy & Molly.

There are so many, but here are a few favorites...

Week 6

Play would be the word of the week for this beautiful bunch.  They are six weeks old now and have been exploring the vastness around them.   They had fun letting the pine trees know who's boss. They also have really been enjoying one another's tails.  They make great play toys!  They have been bonding with their siblings...pups and people.   There are only two weeks before these divine chocolates go to be with their families.  We will miss them so much but we are extremely happy for the wonderful families that they will share their days with.

Bryce found a Blandings turtle.  They are quite rare and live to be about 80 years old.  Interesting... but not nearly as cute as a PUPPY!  Angel protected her pups and the turtle continued on its' way.

 Week 5

Another exciting week around Welcome Home Labs!  They are five weeks old and they are eating moistened food.  We ring the dinner bell (tapping on the bowl) and they all come running.  They like to play outside and I think that they have watched our oldest son skateboard quite a bit.  They wanted to give it a try, too.  They are quick learners!  They are doing great...growing beautifully.

Week 4

Chocolate...mmmm...these are the pups at four weeks.  They all gained nearly two pounds this week!  I was amazed!  That is nearly 1/3 a pound each day.  They range from 6 pounds 3 ounces down to our Little Lucy of 4 pounds 6 ounces.  They are all doing a great job potty training.  They continue to love cuddle time with the children and we all enjoy outdoor playtime in our yard.

Week 3

Below we have Sadie, Lucy, Max and Jack on their first adventure outdoors.  They wobbled around a bit and squinted some in the bright sun, but oh, how they loved the smells!  It was great fun watching them interact with the world around them.  They are continuing to grow into even more gorgeous pups.  At three weeks...Sadie is the largest female at 3 pounds 10 ounces and Little Lucy is the smallest girl at 2 pounds 15 ounces.  Our boys are putting on the muscles...Max-the pick of the litter male- is 4 pounds 3 ounces and Jack is at 3 pounds 7 ounces.

 Week 2

Below we have the beautiful line up at two weeks of age with two happy helping girls.

Week 1

Angel is a GREAT mom! Our girls like to help out "mothering" a bit, too... 1 week sweet

They are all the highlight of our days and they receive loads of attention!  Our girls wrap them up in blankets and they sit with them and rock, sing and giggle.

What a joy it is to share our days with these puppies!
